I have been going here for around 10 years, whenever i want teriyaki. every single time the food is the sane quality, im greeted with quick, respectful, customer service. Easily my go to place when I'm looking for a meal I KNOW will be great and u get my moneys worth

Always amazing. My go to is the cashew chicken. They let me customize leaving out things I pick out anyways. My hubbies go to is the general tsao and chicken teriyaki with fried rice. We always add on goyzas and some egg flower soup. Easily two meals in one, but so yummy.

Awesome! I love the combination of shrimp fried rice and General Tso's chicken. The seasoning is excellent. The service was excellent and efficient. The open seating arrangement was very comfortable and inviting. There are plenty of Dirty and Arrogant Teriyaki restaurants out there! THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM 4 I'll give it a WOOOO , Rick Flair!

Cashew Chicken & Teriyaki Combo MASSIVE PROPORTION AND so delicious!!! I love this place. Doesn't disappoint. So so good!

Food is pretty good. Not super plain. Decent portions for the prices. I put a water bottle one of the pics for size comparison. We got the: -Sesame Chicken ($14), Teriyaki Chicken and -Mongolian Beef Special Combo ($17) where the yakisoba noodles were soaked under the Mongolian Beef sauce. Also got the -Egg Roll (2rolls) & Gyoza (4potstickers) appetizer ($8). Recommend ordering 30-45 minutes prior at dinner time as they get quite busy. Their dine in lobby were filled with people waiting rather than eating. The workers were nice, they were just under a lot of pressure with the orders this Friday evening 7p-8p.

Wok & Teriyaki House (Aug. 10, 2023) This is my first visit after my daughter moved to Puyallup, and we were trying to find a value Asian restaurant to dine at. Arrival time was just after noon on a Thursday. The eatery was doing brisk business with takeout but seating is still available. Yes, there is cool air conditioning too! Daughter ordered the Teriyaki chicken and Katsu lunch combo special ($12.99), and I ended up with Bento B which consisted of Teriyaki chicken, 4 pieces of sushi, 2 pieces of shrimp tempura.and an eggroll ($14.99). Both orders came with a refreshing small salad as well. The former came out first, and my first impressions was it was large for a lunch special. The bento box came up shortly after, and was impressive as well. Taste-wise - The food tasted fine overall. I found the sushi was done very well. The Teriyaki sauce tasted good, the grilled chicken was a little tough. A general complaint was that some of the fried foods (Katsu especially) were over-fried to become a little tough and dry. The staff were kind and very efficient, and will even refill ice water to a half empty cup. Location serves Pepsi distributed products. Overall, this eatery rates 4 out of 5 stars. Despite some of the shortcomings, the meal is a great value, and definitely definitely worth the money. Combined with the lovely staff and the cool air conditioning of the eatery, I shall definitely return to try other things out of their extensive menu. Happy Eating !!!!

The folks at Wok & Teriyaki really hustle. They had a rush 30 minutes before closing with 3 different customers ordering multiple dishes. I could hear them all working hard to get things completed. Food is good.

This place is fantastic! We're not local and were craving teriyaki, so a quick Yelp search led us here. Thank you Yelp! I've heard they get packed on Fri & Sat lunch and dinner rush. We were lucky to head in for a late lunch today so we had our pick of any table. The woman working there couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. I was dining with 2 of my kids and she helped them use the soda machine. She even offered them to-go cups at the end of our meal and scraped our leftovers into to-go boxes. I told her that wasn't necessary. I was happy to do it myself, but she insisted. Wow! Talk about customer service! But the food - oh holy yum! I ordered the lunch combo #6 (chicken teriyaki & Mongolian beef). The Mongolian beef was the star for me. So so good. And humongous portions. My son had the california rolls and a side of gyoza. The gyoza was served in a little plastic boat. So cute. My daughter ordered the children's chicken teriyaki. She is a very very picky eater. I forgot to say 'no sauce' and it came drenched in thick syrupy teriyaki sauce. She has never ever liked any teriyaki sauce at any of the dozens of teriyaki restaurants we've been to, but she liked this one! I couldn't believe it! So, in summary, amazing service, great food, LIGHTNING QUICK! but order the sauce on the side unless you like your teriyaki drenched in syrupy sauce.
